This English website
This website provides information about juristech, a contact form, a newsletter subscription form, and links to email, telephone and appointment booking. It is hosted on juristech’s Telekom webspace. Technical connection and access information may be processed by the hosting service to deliver and protect the website.
Analytics and embedded services
The English pages do not embed Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Cookiebot or Calendly. No advertising or analytics scripts are added by this website. The newsletter forms on the Compendium and Practical topics pages load software from Newsletter2Go, as described below. Web hosting is provided by Telekom. The German juristech website has its own privacy information and technology configuration.
Contact form and email
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends the information you enter over an encrypted connection directly to juristech’s existing Website X5 contact-form service on juristech.eu for email delivery. The service sends the enquiry to juristech and a confirmation to the email address you provide. This includes your name, email address, topic and message, any company, telephone number and timeframe you provide, and acknowledgement of the privacy notice. Hosting and email service providers process this information to transmit and deliver the enquiry. The English website does not save form entries in browser storage or a separate enquiry database. You can also contact us directly by email.
Purpose and legal basis of enquiries
Enquiry and project data may include your name, business contact details, company and information you provide about your project. Processing for contractual or pre-contractual steps is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. General business communication may be based on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, that consent may be withdrawn for the future.
Newsletter subscriptions
We use Newsletter2Go, provided by Brevo GmbH, to manage newsletter subscriptions and send the juristech newsletter. The form on the Compendium and Practical topics pages connects your browser to Newsletter2Go to load the form and its software. This transmits technical connection data, such as your IP address, to the service. When you submit the form, your email address is sent directly to Newsletter2Go. This website does not store your subscription details in browser storage or in a separate website database.
Subscription uses double opt-in: you receive an email containing a confirmation link. Your subscription is completed only after you follow that link. We use your email address to send the newsletter on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by contacting juristech. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Subscription and confirmation records are used to manage the mailing list and document the subscription. Any retention after unsubscribing is limited to what is necessary for applicable obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Appointment booking and external websites
The appointment button opens Calendly as an external service. Data you provide there is processed under the information shown by that service. Email applications, the German juristech website and other linked websites have their own processing arrangements. These linked services are contacted when you follow the corresponding link.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed for the communication and any resulting project, or as required by applicable retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. No specific retention period for hosting-platform records is represented here.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where applicable. You also have the right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority. Contact juristech using the details above to exercise rights relating to the information it processes.
