Technical understanding comes first
juristech supports manufacturers, machinery and plant builders, importers, distributors and companies operating machinery. We start with the product: its functions, interfaces, operating modes and actual use. This is the foundation for a meaningful assessment of requirements and documentation.
Experience with technical products
Our work covers machinery and plant engineering, automation, electrical equipment, automotive supply, agricultural and mobile machinery, process installations, technical components and industrial special-purpose systems. More than 20 years of experience in technical documentation and regulatory requirements inform our practical approach.
Work across the interfaces
Many conformity questions arise between departments and organisations: engineering and technical writing, purchasing and suppliers, companies operating machinery and retrofit specialists, or manufacturers and importers. We help these parties establish a consistent view of requirements, responsibilities and evidence.
Methods and tools
- Structured assessment templates and documentation acceptance records
- juristech Office templates or customer-specific documentation systems
- Safexpert, DOCUFY Machine Safety and WEKA Manager CE where appropriate
- Dedicated templates for EMC and CRA-related risk assessments
- AI-assisted document analysis with professional review by juristech
- House of Conformity to visualise complex machinery assemblies
A practical, modular collaboration
We clarify the initial situation, organise the documentation, assess the technical and regulatory questions, and document the results. You can commission a complete project or individual work packages. Many activities can be carried out remotely, with site visits where machines, interfaces or workshops need direct attention.
EU and UK representation
juristech Lewandowski E.I. is based in France. Defined EU representative functions are available for suitable products. A UK structure supports UK-related representative arrangements where appropriate. Product suitability, documentation, mandate scope and responsibilities are assessed separately for each market.
Knowledge transfer
Project support is complemented by practical training. Experience includes importer-responsibility presentations for IHK Karlsruhe and IHK Konstanz, risk-assessment and Safexpert training, and workshops on the Machinery Regulation and assemblies of machinery.
juristech supports technical assessment, regulatory classification and documentation within the agreed scope. Responsibility for product conformity, technical implementation, marking and release remains with the manufacturer or other responsible economic operator. We do not provide representation in legal disputes.
